Wellcome’s visitor management system helps office managers protect the office by restricting access to visitors who may not meet the workplace health and safety guidelines.
Visitors, contractors, and delivery drivers check-in at office reception by scanning the QR code. The QR code directs them to a customized visitor screening form that also asks them to select their host.
After completing the heath screener, the visitor is automatically either granted or denied access based on the answers given. Their host is notified that they have a visitor and informed if the person was granted or denied access via email, Slack and/or SMS.
If the visitor is denied access as a result of not being COVID-safe, the host is instructed not to meet them in person and to contact them via another method.
The office can display the QR code by using the Wellcome iPad app or the Wellcome QR code poster. No visitor sign in app is needed.
